These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of goods from FatBoy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS  
Our products are designed for use in construction and building environments, including reinforcement placement for concrete slabs.

Product images, dimensions, weights, and specifications are provided as a guide only. Minor variations may occur between production batches.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT  
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.  
We reserve the right to change pricing or correct errors at any time.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

4. TRADE & BULK ORDERS  
Trade, wholesale, or bulk pricing may be subject to separate terms, minimum quantities, or approval.  
FatBoy reserves the right to suspend or revoke trade pricing at its discretion.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE  
We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order, including where products are unavailable or incorrectly priced.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY  
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.  
FatBoy is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or site access restrictions.

7. RISK & TITLE  
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.  
Title passes once payment has been received in full.

8. USE & INSTALLATION  
Products must be installed and used in accordance with standard construction practices.  
FatBoy is not responsible for failure resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or use outside intended applications.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FatBoy excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, including project delays or labour costs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. GOVERNING LAW  
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
