Refund policy

FatBoy complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law.

1. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW  
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.  
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. CHANGE OF MIND  
Due to the nature of construction products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or surplus stock.

3. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS  
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and your order number.

Where applicable, we will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. INSTALLATION & USE  
Products that have been installed, used, cut, modified, or exposed to concrete pours are not eligible for return unless faulty.

5. RETURN APPROVAL  
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.  
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

6. REFUNDS  
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
